On the shore of the Willamette River, just a short bike ride from downtown Eugene, River Song is a newly completed cohousing community
The community partnered with Urban Development + Partners to get across the finish line. Designed by McCamant and Durrett Architects, River Song Cohousing comprises 28 units, generous community spaces and amenities, and daily exposure to the natural beauty of the site.
CURRENT STATUS
The River Song Cohousing community was completed in Fall 2022. Members have moved into their homes and are looking forward to sharing many new experiences together.
