Urban Development Partners NW, LP acquires, develops, and manages income-producing real estate in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in renovation and new construction in urban settings, and our goal is to enhance the unique characteristics of each neighborhood and community in the process. We have the capital resources, skills, and experience to evaluate and complete all aspects of a real estate project with these values as our guide. 

UDP owns and operates 4 properties in Portland, and we are searching for additional acquisitions. We are also seeking commercial and residential tenants for our 2 properties currently under construction. Our office is off East Burnside in Portland.
