Mission Peak Village cohousing will offer 32 homes AND A GREAT COMMON HOUSE ON A QUIET 1.2 ACRE SITE CENTRALLY LOCATED IN FREMONT, CALIFORNIA. This diverse community features excellent schools, an abundance of outdoor recreational activities and promixity to the silicon valley.

Members of Mission Peak Village are coming together to create an inclusive, intergenerational cohousing community. Shared spaces and amenities include a community kitchen, guest quarters, a crafting area, library and central courtyard and garden spaces. The community is committed to civic engagement, sustaining meaningful relationships beyond their individual homes, and minimizing their impact on the planet.

CURRENT STATUS

In the spring, the City of Fremont granted planning approvals. We are currently in the design development phase, identifying systems, structure and materials. The project will feature 32 homes, including three designated affordable for-sale units. We anticipated starting construction in summer 2024.
