SUNNYSIDE VILLAGE COHOUSING IS A developing community in MARYSVILLE, Washington, JUST 35 milES NORTH OF SEATTLE
The community is planning for 32 privately owned cottages within a connected neighborhood. Surrounded by gardens and footpaths, your front door opens to nature and the community.
CURRENT STATUS
We are actively looking for 12 new members to join Sunnyside Village prior to breaking ground. The Sunnyside community owns 5 acres of land with construction planned to begin in summer of 2026.
