 The US Postal Service, whose lease expires in September 2019, is the property’s sole tenant. Savier is situated in a highly sought after residential and retail location within the popular Northwest Portland neighborhood, where single lots of comparable size are limited. The property’s zoning designation, commercial-storefront (CS), is desirable and allows for a mix of retail and residential uses. We are currently exploring development options and timing.
