Dear neighbors,
We've been collaboratively working with the City of Lake Oswego to reimagine the north end of 1st Street at B Avenue, the site two blocks north of the farmers market in the Millennium Park Plaza. This winter we'll begin building 67 homes there, with neighborhood-serving retail at street level.
A project like this belongs to the town it's in. It's your downtown that will change, and we believe the people who live here should have a stake in it. So we're inviting neighbors who share our vision to join us in investing in the community.
We've seen what happens when an underused corner of downtown activates. People start walking there in the evening, grabbing coffee, meeting friends, and before long it becomes part of how the town sees itself. Years from now, you'll pass that building on your way to the market and it’ll feel like it was always supposed to be there.
The city chose us as its partner for this project through a competitive process, and has contributed to its creation. We understand the importance of activating this area of downtown to the City and its residents.
If you'd like to know more, leave your name below and Gina will be in touch. Asking commits you to nothing.
With respect,

Who you'd be working with
Since 2006 we've completed 26 projects, many of which are in Portland, with five more underway. You may already know some of our buildings. For example, in Lake Oswego, St. Honoré Bakery on 1st Street, and Salt & Straw on A Avenue are both in buildings of ours. We handle everything ourselves, from permits and design through construction and managing the building once it opens, so our partners don't have to.

We approach the North Anchor development the way we have approached all of our community engagements - through deep research into the history of the place and informed by extensive conversations with neighbors and stakeholders. All of which guide the design and construction of distinctive, beautiful buildings that serve as functional cornerstones within the community.

Grounded in the community's collective vision and values, The North Anchor project will have a transformative impact on downtown Lake Oswego while honoring its rich history and preserving its authenticity.
