We purchased Killingsworth Phase II with our K-Street Commons property in 2014.

Since the initial acquisition, the site has been subdivided into two parcels. The property is not in active use and houses the shell of the convenience store that once operated there.

We plan to develop Killingsworth Phase II as a mixed-use residential project with a program that complements K-Street Commons, the student housing project for Concordia University that we completed in 2016.
