Located across from popular neighborhood restaurants Podnah’s Pit, La Taq, Hat Yai, and Handsome Pizza, our K-Street Commons project adds to the vibrancy of the historic Killingsworth commercial corridor in NE Portland.

The building includes space for retail shops and restaurants on the ground floor, while the upper three floors feature a glass atrium surrounded by 34 residential units for students of Concordia University, which is located less than a mile away.

We created K-Street Commons with the same high-quality design and workmanship of our other residential buildings. We are pleased to supply modern, well-appointed apartments to Concordia students with a building that will contribute to the character of the neighborhood and stand the test of time.
