
In 2016, UD+P entered into a long-term land lease with the owner of this 17,922 sq ft lot in Portland’s burgeoning Central Eastside. Under the terms of the lease, we may acquire the land at a set purchase price.
550 SE MLK is a 7-story mixed-use residential project featuring 132 apartments, ground-floor retail and below-grade parking.
The property is strategically located close to two neighboring UD+P projects: District Office, our cross-laminated timber office building located at 525 SE MLK, and Hotel Grand Stark, our newly renovated historic hotel located at 509 SE Grand Avenue.
