This ear's program, hosted at Hotel Eastlund in Portland, will include the Annual Meeting presentation  Principal ric Cress, cocktails and dinner accompanied  our featured speaker. We are also offering a lunchtime property tour of Àlmr, our new mixed-use residential project under development in Northwest Portland.

Parking: Hotel Eastlund offers valet parking. The main entrance is off Grand Avenue, a one-way northbound street. Drive north on Grand, get in the left lane and, once you pass Holladay St, turn left into the parking garage. When you pull into the upper parking lot, please inform the valet that you are with Urban Development + Partners.

During dinner, our featured speaker, Jerry Johnson, Managing Principal of Portland-based real estate and economic development consultancy Johnson Economics, will provide a brief overview of key trends influencing the Portland real estate market.
