FAIRMOUNT APARTMENTS

The renovation of Fairmount Apartments was completed in late June. We are thrilled to report that this 80-unit project is leasing well. As of the publication of this newsletter in late August, The Fairmount is 35% leased and 25% of units are occupied. The project has generated a lot of excitement and positive feedback from neighbors, prospective tenants and the broader NW Portland community.  More information on this unique, historical project is available on the Fairmount Apartments website and the UD+P website. We will be hosting an investor open house at Fairmount Apartments from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on September 27, in conjunction with the UD+P Annual Meeting. ÀLMR

We are pleased to report that construction is progressing well on Àlmr, the newest addition to UD+P's portfolio or centrally located, and exceptionally designed and constructed mixed use-projects. Located at the corner of NW 21st and Irving, in the heart of NW Portland, Àlmr will feature 57 modern, well appointed residential units above ground floor retail. Insert Joren's construction update. We anticipate the project to be delivered by October 1.

As Àlmr nears completion, our operations and leasing team has been focused on preparing for the building's opening. We have been actively marketing ground floor retail spaces to prospective tenants and will begin residential pre-leasing in early September.
