PREVIOUS PROJECTS

Independently, the founders of Urban Development Partners renovated or built over 700 units of commercial, office, and residential property prior to UDP’s inception in 2006. Some of these projects are presented here. UDP focuses on adaptive-reuse projects (major rehabilitation and reconstruction of existing buildings) and new development, as well as property management. We hope these descriptions and photos will help illustrate the kinds of properties we are seeking and the quality of work we perform.
