We acquired Flanders Phase II with the adjacent Flanders property, which we redeveloped in 2016. Flanders Phase II occupies a 10,500 sq ft site in the heart of Northwest Portland. It currently serves as a surface parking lot for the Flanders building's retail and residential tenants. Developable sites in this desirable section of Portland are rare. We believe that a mixed-use building with ground floor retail and residences on the upper floors would be an attractive addition to the community.
We are currently exploring potential residential development programs, including cohousing.
