Neeley Wells

Communications Coordinator
Neighborhood and Community Outreach

At UDP, our mission is to create buildings that truly enhance and serve the immediate neighborhood and the nearby community. With each new project—and throughout the construction and leasing process—we initiate communication with individuals and businesses in the neighborhood.

Neeley Wells is in charge of our Neighborhood and Community Outreach program.  She connects with individual neighbors, neighborhood associations, nearby businesses, business associations, charitable organizations, and the City of Portland.

Neeley is also involved when we consider potential new acquisitions, evaluate architectural designs, and develop proposals for redevelopments and new construction. With her depth of knowledge and her enthusiasm for our local community, she is our go-to contact for community members or business owners hoping to learn more about our projects. Neeley also leads our retail leasing projects.

Born and raised in Portland, Neeley graduated from Cleveland High School and went on to earn a BS in Psychology from Whitman College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Lewis and Clark College. Neeley and her family now live in Mt. Tabor, and her daughter is enjoying a first-class education nearby at Sunnyside Environmental School.
