Client Relationship Manager
Mark Vuong is a Project Manager for many of our development/ redevelopment projects at UDP,
often working side-by-side with Avi Ben-Zaken. In this role, Mark works closely with general
contractors, subcontractors, bankers and lenders, engineers, architects, and property managers. As
our Client Relationship Manager, Mark provides multifaceted assistance to our investors.
Additionally, 
Mark manages our company’s finances (including banking and taxes), assists with
acquisitions and portfolio management, conducts due diligence, and ensures legal/regulatory
compliance.
Mark began working in the financial industry in 1998. In addition to his work at UDP, he is the Treasurer, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Client Relationship Manager for Willamette Capital Management. Mark earned an MBA with a concentration in New Venture and Acquisition Management from the University of North Alabama in 2007, and in 1997 he graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Mark and his wife moved to the Woodstock neighborhood of Portland in early 2009 and had a baby boy in 2011.
