Cheryl Good
Property Management Accountant
When Cheryl Good joined UDP in 2010, she brought 25 years of experience as a property management specialist in the Portland area. She has an extensive background in multifamily, conventional, and special-needs housing.
Among her many responsibilities, Cheryl handles our financial reporting, tenant ledgers, security deposits, rents, bank 
reconciliations, payables and receivables, debt service payments, and utility bill-backs to commercial tenants. Cheryl helps to prepare and analyze budget performance, and she is also integral to our recent project of upgrading UDP to a new software system.
Cheryl earned a 2-year degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Portland Community College and, after that, earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Warner Pacific College.
Cheryl has been married since 1978 and has two cats and two grown children. She is very involved with her church and enjoys doing respite care for hospice patients. In her spare time, Cheryl also enjoys playing table games with friends.
