ABOUT US

For Urban Development Partners, the interests of our company are inseparable from the interests of the people with whom we work and the communities and environment we share. We are seeking urban real estate projects (multi-family, retail, and office) in Portland, Oregon and nearby Northwest communities, as well as certain projects in the California Bay Area and other West Coast locations. We specialize in redevelopment of underutilized historic buildings in transit-oriented settings, and we will consider redeveloping brownfield sites that are consistent with our criteria.
